Matt Steinfort, President & CEO

Matt Steinfort, Chief Executive Officer

Matt founded Envysion in 2006 and is responsible our strategic direction and vision for the business. His passion for exceptional services and business solutions comes from his executive experience leading strategy and consumer experience at companies including ICG Communications and Level 3 Communications, and as a management consultant at Bain & Company. Matt has held roles including Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Vice President of Consumer Voice, Vice President of Strategy and Vice President of Finance which gives him a wide-ranging background to lead Envysion, and help our clients improve their businesses. Matt sits on the advisory board of Instaply, and is instrumental in helping other entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Matt received a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University and an MBA from the MIT-Sloan School of Management.

Calvin Quan, CFO

Calvin Quan, President & Chief Operating Officer

Calvin joined Envysion in 2015 to help lead the company’s overall operations.  He is responsible for both the strategic go-to-market direction and the day-to-day operation of Envysion, working in partnership with Matt, our Chief Executive Officer, leading our sales and marketing, customer success, and product and development teams. He has a wealth of experience in both operations and finance in the technology and business service industries, helping grow companies both organically and inorganically.  Most recently, Calvin served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Lakeshore, an innovative staffing and recruiting startup company.  Prior to Lakeshore, Calvin held several senior financial executive roles, Chief Financial Officer at TwentyEighty, a private equity-backed corporate training rollup, President & Chief Financial Officer at Miller Heiman, the premier sales effectiveness and training company, and Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer NTT/Verio, an ISP rollup.  Early in his career, he spent 20+ years in various senior finance roles at Nortel.  In each role, Calvin was instrumental in developing and leading great teams creating shareholder value. Calvin received a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  

Harry Hollines, VP of Corporate Development

Harry Hollines, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel

Harry joined Envysion in 2015 and assumed leadership for corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, human resources, and accounting. Prior to Envysion, Harry served as Senior Vice President, Corporate & Business Development at Miller Heiman, a provider of corporate training services, and Vice President of Business Development at iBAHN, a provider of high-speed Internet access, video-on-demand, and conferencing solutions to the hospitality market. Harry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fort Lewis College and his J.D. from the University of Colorado.

Ken Trovato, Vice President of Next Wave Services and National Sales

Ken joined Envysion in May 2016 when Envysion acquired Next Wave.  Ken was co-founder and President of Next Wave Security Solutions where he provided leadership in innovation, sales and marketing, product development and customer success.  Ken has a passion for providing innovative business solutions for clients.  Prior to joining Envysion and co-founding Next Wave, Ken was Managing Partner for Dominion Partnerships, the US distributor for the HeiTel DVR for Central Monitoring Solutions.  Ken also served as Director of Sales for Mobile DVR Solutions for North America with Verint, a global provider of Actionable Intelligence Solutions. Ken has a diverse background in Sales and Management including, Telecommunications, Medical Sales, and the Aviation Industry.  Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Maryland, College Park.

Christian Ellis, VP Engineering

Christian Ellis, Vice President of Engineering

Christian joined Envysion in 2014, and is responsible for the development and operations of Envysion’s managed video and data analytics services. Prior to Envysion, Christian was Vice President of Technology at Global Healthcare Exchange, where he was instrumental in designing and building the world’s largest healthcare supply chain network, processing over $60 billion in healthcare purchasing per year. Before that, Christian was a principal engineer working on internet search engines and genomics research automation. Christian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Regis University and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT-Sloan School of Management.

Chris Loge

Chris Loge, Vice President of Product Management

Chris joined Envysion with the acquisition of LightHaus in April 2015 and quickly gained the respect of the joint teams, stepping in to lead all product management for the company in 2016. For more than 20 years, Chris has worked with users to develop technology solutions to meet their daily challenges. From developing some of the first true smart phones at Nokia, to leading engineering teams developing radar, sonar and imaging applications at Spectrum Signal Processing, Chris has demonstrated the technical expertise and leadership to build great products, and the skills necessary to anticipate and solve customers’ needs. Chris received a Bachelor of Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, from the University of British Columbia.


Julie Gannon, Vice President of Operations

Julie joined Envysion in 2016 with more than 17 years of executive business development, human resources, and general management experience. Julie has a demonstrated track record of success in building out business concepts and organizational infrastructure within the technology/telecom, private equity, franchising, and healthcare industries. Before joining Envysion, Julie served as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Springbox Ventures, an innovative business development consultation firm that helps startups and early/growth stage businesses achieve expansive growth. Before Springbox, Julie owned and operated an independent consulting business, providing services for mid-cap companies in Healthcare and Aviation. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Zayo Enterprise Networks, SVP Human Resources/Chief of Staff at Cervantes Capital, and Chief of Staff at Level 3 Communications. Julie earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Montana State University. She immediately moved to Denver to begin her career, and later, earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Corey Knop

Corey Knop, Vice President of Customer Success

As VP of Customer Success, Corey is building on Envysion’s history of client-focused service in the video-based business intelligence industry. His team’s number one goal is to help both existing and new customers drive their success with our platform. Corey has a demonstrated track record of success in building teams and customer relationships, developing and executing strategy, and increasing operational efficiency and profitability at Kenexa and IBM. Prior to joining Envysion, Corey led a global team of Customer Support Engineers, Account Managers and Managed Services teams in delivering customer support for IBM Kenexa’s SaaS and On-Premise solutions.  Past roles have included leadership of Quality Assurance and Logistics operations teams where he led a team of 40 analysts, including staff in five countries spanning 13 time zones, supporting $53 million in recognized revenue. He has relocated with his family to Envysion’s Colorado offices in order to be on the front line of customer success. Corey received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Doane University.


Dawn Lampert, Account Director

Dawn joined Envysion in 2008 as the first enterprise sales person. Dawn has a passion for people and has built a large network of business associates in the retail and restaurant space or the past 16 years. Prior to Envysion, Dawn held sales roles at various technology companies including MegaPath, Connect South, Intrepid Communications and others. In her role at Envysion, Dawn has been a key contributor to building and growing the business, nurturing relationships with top brands such as Chipotle, Yum! Brands and Chick-fil-A, to name a few. Dawn received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University.

Acker, Christie

Christie Acker, Account Director

Christie joined Envysion in 2011, with over 15 years experience selling software in both the public and private sector. Her passion is for helping Envysion’s enterprise clients understand the best ways to use video-based business intelligence to deliver on their brand promise and drive profitability. Prior to Envysion, Christie was the top sales contributor for several successful start-ups, both in the US and Europe. At Envysion, she has worn many hats, most notable has been her leadership role on the success of key accounts such as Yum! Brands, Chick-fil-A and Panera Bread. Christie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.


Qwynn McDowell, Sales Director - Wireless Retail Division

Qwynn joined Envysion in early 2016 with more than 17 years of wireless retail experience. She has a highly successful track record in working with wireless retailers to increase their profits while improving their customers’ experiences.  Before joining Envysion, Qwynn worked at Moorehead Communications, Verizon Wireless’ Premium Retailer of the Year in 2015, where she led a team of more than 50 district managers and market managers of more than 240 locations. Qwynn also worked with Protect Cell, where she helped wireless retailers across the country increase profits while improving customer experience through the sale of handset protection, and Verizon Wireless, where she was named to the prestigious President’s Cabinet and was recognized as the Top Indirect Account Manager in the Midwest Area.
