Subscription model Envysion understands that different businesses have different needs when it comes to investing in new systems and services, so we offer two ways for you to pay for Envysion Video. You can choose to pay for everything up front (including installation, equipment and a 3-year software license) or you can use our convenient monthly subscription pricing. How does the subscription model work?
Under the subscription pricing option, you pay only for the installation up front. Then you pay a monthly fee for the use of the equipment and the software license for the length of the subscription. Envysion retains ownership of the equipment and is responsible for its maintenance and repair during the subscription period.

What happens at the end of the subscription period?
There are two subscription pricing options — a 36-month option and a 60-month option. At the end of the 36- or 60-month subscription period you have the option of purchasing the equipment for $1 and continuing on a month-to-month software subscription at the going rate. If you choose to purchase the equipment you will be responsible for its maintenance and repair. You also have the option of signing up for a new contract after your initial contract runs out. At that point, you would receive all new, warranted equipment from Envysion.

What are the advantages of the subscription model?

• Your cost is spread over a longer period of time, so your up-front investment is smaller.
• You don’t own the equipment. If it breaks, Envysion fixes it.
