What you need There are just a couple of things that you need to provide in order to get set up with Envysion Video. These are computer(s) for viewing your video remotely broadband connection and router at each location

Computer(s) for viewing your video remotely
You can log on and use the Envysion Video service from any Internet-connected PC equipped with Internet Explorer 6 or later and Windows XP SP1 or later. Other than a small Active-X control that you will download from the Envysion website the first time you use a particular computer, you will not need to download or install software to remotely view, search and share your video.

Broadband connection and router at each location
Broadband connectivity and a router are required at each physical location where you want to install cameras and record video. You do not need a special connection to use Envysion Video, but the faster your broadband connection, the better your video will look as you view it remotely over the internet. The minimum acceptable speed is 128Kbps. If needed, Envysion can help you set up a broadband connection with one of our outstanding broadband partners.

Note that your video is always recorded at maximum quality, regardless of the speed of your broadband connection. While video playback quality is affected by your bandwidth, the quality of the recorded video itself is not affected by your bandwidth.
