Brad McKendry was Envysion’s October Employee of the Month! As the Envysion IT Infrastructure Lead, Brad focuses on meeting Envysion’s business needs, developing strategies to meet unique challenges and keeps our team informed and engaged. This included migrating to the Motorola Solutions Environment. Brad’s knowledge, commitment to do the right things, and his focus on partnership and collaboration were vital to the successful execution. Brad always takes the time to answer questions, and is very patient walking colleagues through how to maneuver through our new environment.
When Brad isn’t helping all of us, he enjoys everything outdoors – camping, hiking, fishing, tennis, golf and mountain biking. He has 3 grown kids, a pitbull named Cletus and a cat named Klaus. He likes home improvement projects and a 43 year old house keeps him busy! He also has a camper and loves to travel and would like to explore more of Europe.
Envysion’s Employee of the month for November was Shamaria Simmons our sales operations manager. Shamaria has been instrumental in system updates and a big project undertaking within Salesforce. Shamaria works in collaboration with team leaders to present strategic processes to improve data collection and proper case management. Without Shamaria’s counsel and dedication, we could not have made these changes as seamlessly and in the timely fashion as we did. Shamaria is such a great asset to Envysion. Any time we have a question, no matter her workload, she’s ready with a smile and an answer.
Shamaria has two very spoiled cats and always has at least two DIY home improvement projects going at all times. In her spare time, she likes to watch sci-fi movies, order in from new restaurants (she’s a bit of a foodie) and spend time with her family. Shamaria also plays the clarinet and plans to learn to speak Spanish in 2023!
