Jon Aiello
Market President, Flynn Restaurant Group
Jon Aiello is a Restaurant Industry Veteran with a career spanning 30 years in family dining & QSR. Joining Flynn Restaurant Group in 2018 as Director of Operations for a Midwest Taco Bell Region. Jon led his market to Premier results including system best speed and guest metrics leading to record breaking Sales & Profits. Jon was Promoted to Market President in 2021.
Prior to Joining Flynn, Jon was Chief Operating Officer over a privately held franchise group overseeing 140 locations across 11 brands including Subway, WingStop, Dunkin, Fazoli’s Corner Bakery Café, C-Stores, & Hotels where he led all departments.

Dave Harris
Chief Technology Officer, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants
Dave has served as Cooper’s Hawk Chief Technology Officer since September 2024 where he oversees all facets of technology, digital products and data capabilities. Dave has a breadth of experience driving digital innovation and technology-enabled growth in large multi-unit environments.
Prior to Cooper’s Hawk, Dave service as Chief Information Officer at Shake Shack where he led implementation of the IT and digital platforms that enabled 3x growth and global expansion. Prior to Shake Shack, Dave held executive technology leadership roles at Newell Brands, Yankee Candle, Legends and jetBlue Airways.
Sarika Attal
VP, RESTAURANT, CORP SYSTEMS & ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE, WINGSTOP
Sarika is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience in leading large-scale teams that deliver innovative and scalable solutions across eCommerce & Restaurant ecosystems leveraging 3rd party integrations with a strong data and analytics foundation.
Currently bringing World the Flavor with Wingstop in the role of VP, Restaurant Tech, Corporate Systems and Enterprise Architecture driving high impact initiatives like the Smart Kitchen, ERP, Store Development all weaved in with AI enablement.
Prior to Wingstop, Sarika held several leadership roles at Papa Johns driving Digital innovation by building the fully cloud native commerce platform from ground up, launching and scaling voice AI ordering, 3P integrations and complex hybrid delivery technology.
She also drove org transformation by establishing leading technology functions like Enterprise Architecture & best in class SRE practices.

Amy Hoover
Chief Information Officer and Vice President Technology, Manna Inc/Bridgeman Foods
Amy Hoover has been with Manna Hospitality Group for 17 years. In her experience as Chief Information and Technology Officer, she has juggled many different technology initiatives and worked within multiple industries.
Coming from an extensive background in restaurant operations, Amy learned to meet people where they are and provide them with tools to make the minor moments in their lives often magical. She has taken that same philosophy and applied it to her career in technology and is driven to provide her restaurant teams an efficient and painless technology experience.
Amy has built a small but mighty team at Manna who all share her servant leadership ethos and dedicate themselves to supporting operations while also driving business forward with technical initiatives. She proudly credits the entire team with the successes of the information technology strategy of the department.
Nathan Hunstable
Chief Information Officer, Chuck-E-Cheese Entertainment
With over 25 years of leadership in the entertainment and technology sectors, Nathan brings a unique blend of technical expertise and legal insight to infrastructure and cybersecurity. Most recently, he served as the VP of Infrastructure and CISO at CEC, following a decade-long tenure as CTO at Cinergy Entertainment.
Nathan's career is rooted in entrepreneurship; prior to his corporate leadership roles, he founded and successfully exited TheHelpDesk.com, a Managed Service Provider, in 2015. He holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Law from Texas A&M School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from East Texas A&M University.
Based in Argyle, Texas, he is a devoted family man, a serial DIY enthusiast, and a lifelong supporter of DFW sports.
Adam Klaers
Vice President Ops Services & Innovation, CAVA
Adam is a high-impact restaurant executive with over 20 years of experience driving brand scale through operational excellence, cross-functional innovation, and people-first leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Operations Services and Innovation at CAVA, Adam sits at the intersection of culinary, technology, and equipment. He leads the rigorous testing of enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into the field during the brand’s rapid national expansion.
Adam also oversees CAVA’s New Restaurant Openings (NROs), building the systems and talent pipelines necessary for sustainable success.
Prior to joining CAVA, Adam held several high-level leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at Roy Rogers Restaurants and VP of Operations for TOMS King. His foundational expertise was built through early leadership positions with Chipotle, Taco Bell, and Great American Cookie.
Raul Lepe
SVP Ops Innovation, Diversified Restaurant Group
Raul is an experienced Multi-Unit Business Leader with an immense knowledge and passion for the business as a whole. Raul's diverse background spans leading large-scale initiatives in new product development and introduction, operational process optimization, technology innovation, new unit development, supply chain, and PR/marketing to drive top-line, margin, and shareholder value growth.
Raul has been a huge asset to the Diversified Restaurant Group team for 6 years. Hi is a paassionate athlete and foodie with an amazing wife and 2 fast growing kids (Isaiah (14), and Lexi (11). Fun Fact about Raul: He wont the College World Series Baseball Championship as part of the 1998 USC Trojan Baseball Team!
Michael Simmons
Sr. Vice President, Human Resources, Risk, and Legal Services, WKS Restaurant Group
Michael Simmons has been employed in the human resources, risk management, and legal industries since 1986. He currently serves as the Sr. Vice President, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal for WKS Restaurant Group based in Cypress, CA.
Josh Phillips
Senior Director and Head of Global Security & Resilience, Chipotle Mexican Grill
Josh is Senior Director and Head of Global Security & Resilience at Chipotle Mexican Grill,
overseeing people security and life safety, event, travel,
and executive security, fraud investigations, and business continuity.
Josh’s career experience spans the public service, retail, and restaurant industries. Prior to
Chipotle, he served as Associate Vice President and head of global asset protection at Bath
& Body Works, where he oversaw all aspects of protecting people, product, and property.
Prior to his 12 ½ years at Bath & Body Works, he served in various asset protection and
field leadership roles at Kate Spade, Starbucks, and Walmart. His public service included
time with the Indiana Air National Guard, United States Air Force, and two emergency
medical service agencies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and a
Master of Legal & Forensic Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
