Jon Aiello

Market President of Flynn Restaurant Group
Jon Aiello is a Restaurant Industry Veteran with a career spanning 30 years in family dining & QSR. Joining Flynn Restaurant Group in 2018 as Director of Operations for a Midwest Taco Bell Region. Jon led his market to Premier results including system best speed and guest metrics leading to record breaking Sales & Profits. Jon was Promoted to Market President in 2021.

Prior to Joining Flynn, Jon was Chief Operating Officer over a privately held franchise group overseeing 140 locations across 11 brands including Subway, WingStop, Dunkin, Fazoli’s Corner Bakery Café, C-Stores, & Hotels where he led all departments.

Amy Hoover

Chief Information Officer and Vice President Technology at Manna Inc/Bridgeman Foods
Amy, the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Technology at Manna, Inc., has expertise at the nexus of technology and business strategy. She has orchestrated an array of transformative technology initiatives, collaborating across diverse industries to drive innovation.

Amy embodies a people-first ethos rooted in her service industry origins. Drawing from her extensive background in restaurants, Amy's ability to connect with people, coupled with her flair for delivering transformative tools, has revolutionized how technology shapes everyday interactions in Manna's restaurant organization.

Amy prioritizes alleviating the operational load on her teams while fortifying security and ease of guest orders and payments. She enjoys an "all hands on deck" approach and loves jumping in and helping out at all levels. Amy believes people are the heart of every department, company, and industry and credits her personal successes to the support structure alongside her every step of the way.

Dave Harris

Chief Information Officer of Shake Shack
Dave has served as Shake Shack’s Chief Information Officer since December 2018 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology. Dave has a breadth of experience across digital innovation and technology-enabled growth in large multi-unit environments. Prior to joining Shake Shack, Dave served as Vice President of Digital Technology at Newell Brands, a publicly traded consumer goods company, where he had global responsibility for the eCommerce and Digital Marketing technology across their diverse portfolio of brands including Sharpie, Elmers, Contigo, Graco, Calphalon, Coleman, Marmot, Rubbermaid and Yankee Candle. He has led the delivery of multiple tech transformation initiatives ranging from creating new commerce websites, optimizing checkout to increase conversion, developing new analytics capabilities, and building a cohesive data-centric view of consumers across Newell's brands. Before Newell, Dave was CIO at Yankee Candle where he was responsible for leading the global IT function. There, he led the development of their omnichannel strategy which included deployment of a new POS across 600+ retail stores as well as the implementation of the web, mobile and kiosk technology. Prior to joining Yankee Candle, Dave held various technology leadership roles at Legends, jetBlue Airways, Avis Rent A Car and Virgin Atlantic Airways, where he developed and led teams responsible for consumer websites, reservations and POS systems, loyalty programs, information security, infrastructure, operations and compliance.

Minh Le

Chief Information Officer of Checkers & Rally’s Restaurants
Minh Le is the Chief Information Officer of Checkers & Rally's. He grew up in Orlando, FL and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. Over the past 24 years, he has been leading technology innovation for various mid to large sized companies within the restaurant industry. His vision for technology and passion for service is what drives him to continually push the boundaries of restaurant technology. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, tennis, fishing, surfing, and traveling.

Michael Simmons

VP of People Services, Risk Management & Legal of WKS Restaurant Group
Michael Simmons has been employed in the human resources, risk management, and legal industries since 1986. He currently serves as the Vice President, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal for WKS Restaurant Group based in Cypress, CA.

Brad West

Chief Operating Officer of Noodles & Company
Brad West has served as our Chief Operating Officer since March 2021. Prior to that time, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations from September 2017 to February 2021. Mr. West has an extensive background in leading and directing company and franchise operations, including training in the restaurant industry over the past 40 years. Prior to joining us, he served as Vice President, Operations of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. from 2014 through August 2017, whose principal business was the sale of smoothies and retail merchandise including vitamins, minerals, protein powders and power bars. Prior to that role, he was Chief Operating Officer of ACG Pizza Partners LLC, and he had earlier spent 15 years at Einstein Bros. Bagels, most recently as Senior Vice President, Non-Traditional Business, where he was responsible for the operations, development and growth of over 250 Einstein Bros. Bagels license locations. Mr. West also held key operational roles at CEC Entertainment, Inc., Applebee’s International, Inc. franchise groups and S&A Restaurant Corporation.
