The main purpose of the Envysion Advisory Board is to provide advice and feedback from industry experts about operational excellence backed by video and data.

Meet Our 2025 Advisory Board

Jon Aiello

Market President, Flynn Restaurant Group
Jon Aiello is a Restaurant Industry Veteran with a career spanning 30 years in family dining & QSR. Joining Flynn Restaurant Group in 2018 as Director of Operations for a Midwest Taco Bell Region. Jon led his market to Premier results including system best speed and guest metrics leading to record breaking Sales & Profits. Jon was Promoted to Market President in 2021.

Prior to Joining Flynn, Jon was Chief Operating Officer over a privately held franchise group overseeing 140 locations across 11 brands including Subway, WingStop, Dunkin, Fazoli’s Corner Bakery Café, C-Stores, & Hotels where he led all departments.

Jeff Douglas

Chief Information Officer, Potbelly Sandwich Shop
Jeff Douglas is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Potbelly Sandwich Works. In this role, Jeff leads Potbelly’s technology and digital strategy, impacting their customers experience with the brand. Potbelly established in 1977, started as an antique shop serving sandwiches to its customers. 45 years later Potbelly, now publicly traded, serves guests through 400+ shops in 32 states. Jeff serves as a member of the company’s executive leadership team.
In his career Jeff has held many technology leadership positions, including SVP of Information Technology at Levy Restaurants, serving some of the world’s best stadiums and arenas and VP of Information of Technology at Options Clearing Corporation, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization. In his roles he’s led operations and strategy around technology governance, risk, and controls, cybersecurity programs, enterprise architecture, data & analytics, and many other facets of technology. He’s serves on the Board of the Society for Information Management (SIM) – Chicago Chapter and is a member of the Chicago Economic Club.
Jeff received a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Hampton University and an MBA from The University of Illinois.

Chris Fallon

CIO, SVP, Wingstop
Chris Fallon is a senior technology executive and leader of high performing teams that digitize, modernize and deliver exceptional business value. Technical expertise includes software development, multi-channel commerce, customer experiences, internet of things, cybersecurity, ERP+, data engineering and advanced analytics. Innovative and strategic thinking blended with rigorous execution.

Chris has a track record of delivery for Fortune 500 companies across various industries: QSR, Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and High Tech Manufacturing. He also hold dual citizenship in both the United States of America and the Republic of Ireland (EU).

Dave Harris

Chief Technology Officer, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants
Dave has served as Cooper’s Hawk Chief Technology Officer since September 2024 where he oversees all facets of technology, digital products and data capabilities. Dave has a breadth of experience driving digital innovation and technology-enabled growth in large multi-unit environments.

Prior to Cooper’s Hawk, Dave served as Chief Information Officer at Shake Shack where he led implementation of the IT and digital platforms that enabled 3x growth and global expansion. Prior to Shake Shack, Dave held executive technology leadership roles at Newell Brands, Yankee Candle, Legends and jetBlue Airways.

Amy Hoover

Chief Information Officer and Vice President Technology, Manna Inc/Bridgeman Foods
In Amy's experience as Chief Information and Technology Officer at Manna, Inc. she has juggled many different technology initiatives and worked within multiple industries. Still, at her core, she will always be a service industry professional. Coming from an extensive background in restaurant operations, Amy learned to have a heart for meeting people where they are and providing them with tools to make the minor moments in their lives often magical. She has taken that same philosophy and applied it to her career in technology, and is driven to provide her restaurant teams an efficient and painless technology experience so they can do the same for their guests.
Amy has served as a representative on the Wendy's Technical Advisory Council for over eight years, representing other franchisees' to the brand and championing innovation that is cost effective and sustainable, while still providing the guest a fun experience that aligns with the brand image. She also serves on other several other advisory boards, promoting the interests of franchisees and independent restaurant owners to a multitude of companies that strive to partner with them.

Josh Phillips

Senior Director and Head of Global Security & Resilience, Chipotle Mexican Grill
Josh is Senior Director and Head of Global Security & Resilience at Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing people security and life safety in restaurants and support centers, event, travel, and executive security, fraud investigations, and business continuity. Chipotle employs around 140,000 people and operates over 3,800 restaurants in North America and Europe, with additional licensed restaurants in the Middle East and soon in Mexico. Josh’s career experience spans the public service, retail, and restaurant industries. Prior to Chipotle, he served as Associate Vice President and head of global asset protection at Bath & Body Works, where he oversaw all aspects of protecting people, product, and property. Prior to his 12 ½ years at Bath & Body Works, he served in various asset protection and field leadership roles at Kate Spade, Starbucks, and Walmart. His public service included time with the Indiana Air National Guard, United States Air Force, and two emergency medical service agencies. Josh is a Certified Tactical Paramedic (TP-C) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and a Master of Legal & Forensic Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.

Brad West

Chief Operating Officer, Noodles & Company
Brad West has served as our Chief Operating Officer since March 2021. Prior to that time, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations from September 2017 to February 2021. Mr. West has an extensive background in leading and directing company and franchise operations, including training in the restaurant industry over the past 40 years. Prior to joining us, he served as Vice President, Operations of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. from 2014 through August 2017, whose principal business was the sale of smoothies and retail merchandise including vitamins, minerals, protein powders and power bars. Prior to that role, he was Chief Operating Officer of ACG Pizza Partners LLC, and he had earlier spent 15 years at Einstein Bros. Bagels, most recently as Senior Vice President, Non-Traditional Business, where he was responsible for the operations, development and growth of over 250 Einstein Bros. Bagels license locations. Mr. West also held key operational roles at CEC Entertainment, Inc., Applebee’s International, Inc. franchise groups and S&A Restaurant Corporation.

Raul Lepe

SVP Ops Innovation, Diversified Restaurant Group
Raul is an experienced Multi-Unit Business Leader with an immense knowledge and passion for the business as a whole. Raul's diverse background spans leading large-scale initiatives in new product development and introduction, operational process optimization, technology innovation, new unit development, supply chain, and PR/marketing to drive top-line, margin, and shareholder value growth. Raul has been a huge asset to the Diversified Restaurant Group team for 6 years. Hi is a paassionate athlete and foodie with an amazing wife and 2 fast growing kids (Isaiah (14), and Lexi (11). Fun Fact about Raul: He wont the College World Series Baseball Championship as part of the 1998 USC Trojan Baseball Team!

Michael Simmons

Sr. Vice President, Human Resources, Risk, and Legal Services, WKS Restaurant Group
Michael Simmons has been employed in the human resources, risk management, and legal industries since 1986. He currently serves as the Sr. Vice President, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal for WKS Restaurant Group based in Cypress, CA.
