The Retail Kiosk offering extends Envysion’s video driven business intelligence and can be used to measure:
- Fraud by looking at certain suspicious transactions like certain types of refunds, sales at risk for charge back, cash outs, and more
- Operations by examining key operational best practices such as uniform compliance, training, open/closing procedures, activation procedures and more
- Sales through examining new activations with no accessory or other up sale (and variations thereof), coaching opportunities, ‘game film’ that can be shared across the organization, etc.
