Our excitement is through the roof as we are rolling out our latest and improved Virtual Learning Center! Envysion identified the opportunity to re-launch our learning platform and with the collaboration of our Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams, we made it happen! Our goal is to provide a self-guided resource for our customers to receive assistance as they are on the move with their day to day responsibilities.
The Virtual Learning Center is available to all our customers via the Envysion web application. Our focus was to renovate our knowledge base to achieve an easily accessible and intuitive platform as our customers discover the power of the tools they have at their fingertips. Keeping the demanding schedules of our customers at the forefront, the learning platform consists of quick articles, video tutorials and FAQs categorized by each solution that Envysion has to offer.
Newly added features of the Virtual Learning Center include a Welcome Video hosted by yours truly, Embley Yong (CSM) which provides new users an introduction into the application and guided next steps. The Virtual Learning Center will showcase our webinars and product releases to keep our customers up to date with our innovative products. We also saw the opportunity to provide additional troubleshooting articles to guide customers with hardware inquiries and a more streamlined method to contact our CSM team to schedule live one or one or group training.
We are looking forward to providing our customers another avenue to stay current with our cutting-edge technology as we move into 2021!
